Orders placed Monday-Friday before 9:00AM PST will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 9:00AM PST, it will ship the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card matches the billing address on your account, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current and valid.
