Affer provides a 7-day return window from the day of delivery for unopened or defective products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund only if the item is unopened or defective. For the Beauty & Cosmetics products, they need to qualify at least one of the requirements as below to be eligible for return :
- Product quality issues (e.g. peculiar smell, mildew, discoloration, etc.),
- Past sell-by date
- Package damaged
- Product isn’t according to website description
- Delivery error/wrong delivery/ delivery shortage

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made. If you wish to inquire about your return, please contact Customer Service. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests or refunds at any time based on policy or program abuse. If the returned item does not meet our Return Policy criteria (unopened with all of the original packaging and accessories), then no refund will be given – and the returned item will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
Return Shipping Costs
If a return is due to any fault of the customer, such as an incorrect item being ordered or a delivery address being entered incorrectly, the customer shall be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on the part of Affer, such as shipment of an incorrect item or damage to an item upon arrival, Affer shall be responsible for the return shipping costs.
